“Specifications: Emping Crackers. – Description: Traditional crackers made from melinjo seeds, light and crispy. – Preparation Method: 1. Heat oil in a deep pan to 180°C. 2. Place the emping in the hot oil. 3. Fry until golden and crispy. 4. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. 5. Serve as a light snack.
