JAPCHAE SPICY

Specifications: Spicy Japchae.

Description: Traditional glass noodles made from sweet potatoes with a spicy flavor, used in Korean dishes.

Preparation Method:

1.  Soak the noodles in warm water for 10 minutes.
2. Drain the noodles and cook in a pot with boiling water for 5-7 minutes until tender.
3. Drain and rinse with cold water.
4. Stir-fry with vegetables and spicy Korean spices for a delicious meal.
